AWDT, Know your Mindset. Grow your Influence

June 30, 2021 by Rebecca Flannery

When the pressure is on, sometimes it’s best to just pause and re-focus on what’s really important to your family, farm and community.

New from @AWDT, Know your Mindset. Grow your Influence is a short, personal development programme for both women and men – designed to help you respond to change with positive, meaningful action.

As a farmer, grower, or rural New Zealander (you’ll leave the programme with a personal, team, or family action plan for managing uncertainty and influencing positive change for the people, places, or organisations you care about.

Programmes include an online introduction session and face-to-face workshop – starting in Tararua/Wairarapa (from 27 July), Southland (from 6 September) and Waikato/BOP (from 22 September).

At just $30.00 per person, Know your Mindset. Grow your Influence is an investment in your ability to grow through change.
